All content on the craftlauncher.app site (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software) is the property of the publisher or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the publisher's prior written authorization.

The Helios Launcher software, a technical component of the service, is an open-source project created by Daniel Scalzi and distributed under the MIT license. The original source code is available on GitHub.

"Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. "Mojang" is a registered trademark of Mojang AB. All product names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.

CraftLauncher is an independent project. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by Microsoft, Mojang or any other trademark holder is implied or suggested.

The Service is a Minecraft launcher configuration and distribution platform. It does not constitute a modification of the Minecraft software, nor a tool for circumventing Microsoft's or Mojang's protections. Some configurations offered include modes without online authentication, exclusively reserved for testing and development purposes in a private setting. Using these modes for public distribution or to circumvent Minecraft's protections is prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.

Limitation of liability

The publisher strives to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies and update failures, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners that provide this information.

The site may contain hyperlinks to other sites. The publisher exercises no control over the content of these third-party sites and disclaims all liability regarding their content.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the required technical specifications, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

The publisher disclaims all liability for the use made of launchers created via the Service by users or end players, particularly in case of non-compliance with the Minecraft EULA, Microsoft/Mojang terms of use, or any applicable legislation. Any claim from Microsoft, Mojang or a third party resulting from the use of launchers is the sole responsibility of the user who configured and distributed the launcher.

Site availability

The site is accessible 24/7, except in case of force majeure, planned maintenance or events beyond the publisher's control. The publisher reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or temporarily modify access to the site without notice, without such interruption engaging its liability.

Personal data

The processing of personal data collected on the site is governed by the Privacy Policy. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, the user has a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection regarding their personal data.

This legal notice is governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
