Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Any mid-month change is prorated and added to your next invoice. Downgrading is available after one full month on your current plan.
If you cancel, your data is kept for 20 days. Resume your subscription within that window and everything is restored. After that, the data is permanently deleted.
CraftLauncher supports Forge and Fabric, the two most popular Minecraft mod loaders. You can use any mod compatible with these loaders, including full modpacks from Modrinth.
Yes, on Pro and Max plans. You can set up a custom subdomain (e.g. launcher.your-server.com) for your launcher's download link. DNS setup is guided from the dashboard.
Yes. We use Microsoft OAuth 2.0 authentication, SHA-256 file verification, Java runtime sandboxing, and full data isolation per launcher. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Support is available by email (contact@craftlauncher.app) and through the dashboard (ticket system). Response time depends on your plan: Mon-Fri 10am-8pm (Basic), 7 days/week 10am-8pm (Pro), 24/7 (Max).
You get a notification once you reach 80% of your storage. If you exceed it, uploading new files is blocked until you free up space or add extra storage (€1/GB/month).
